We know how exciting it can be to order something new online. That’s why we aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. To keep everyones costs down, our standard shipping method is Royal Mail Second Class. We also offer other shipping methods if you need your wax melts a little faster!

Royal Mail First Class – £3.65

We currently only ship to UK postal addresses.

UK Postage

Most orders are picked, packed and despatched within 24 hours. We’ll always aim to meet or exceed these times, but given the nature of our products, it’s not always possible. We hold as much stock as possible, but on occassion we might have to make your lovely wax melts to order. This can add a slight delay depending on the size of your order, but we’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you always know what is going on!


We want you to be completely happy with the wax melts you buy from us. That’s why we’re more than happy for you to send anything you’re not entirely happy with back to us. We’d prefer it if your returns came back unopened, but we realise that’s not always possible – so don’t worry about!

If you’re not entirely happy with your wax melts, just pop them back in the post and send them to the address below (don’t forget to leave a note inside so we know who it’s come from and if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange)

Faulty Wax Melt?

It’s not often wax melts can be faulty, but wax can be delicate. If you’re wax melts have arrived damaged or faulty, send us a quick message using our contact page and let us know. We’ll do everything we can to get it sorted for you as quickly as possible without any additional expense to you!
